Report Parameters

Select starting pay period, leave year and ending pay period, leave year. You also have an option to restrict the search results to an employee or supervisor by entering their userid in the emp ID or sup ID text boxes. You can also restrict the search within an organization by selecting it from the organization drop down box. Employee, supervisor and organization search are mutually exclusive (only one may be used at a time).

Note: The default pay period range for this report is the previous pay period. Both pay period and leave year fields are required.

Report Page

This report contains the amount of overtime taken by all selected users for the selected pay period range.

The search criteria used to generate this report are displayed at the top of the report along with the date of the report.

In order to download this report, click Download . The report will be downloaded as an .xls document and will be opened in Microsoft Excel application.

Click Return to return back to reports menu.
