You may delegate your webTA administrator role to as any
number of alternates in the event of absence. The delegates
you assign receive all of your privileges as a webTA administrator.
Delegate administrators will see the
Admin menu button on each of their Main Menu
screens. They can access the administrator functions by
clicking the Admin button.
The delegated authority remains in effect until you remove the
User ID of the delegate from the list on this screen. You do
not have to create any delegates, but it is a good idea
to assign at least one in case of unexpected absence.
To delegate to a person, enter their webTA User ID in
one of the available fields. If you do not know the
person’s User ID, you can search for it by clicking the
Search button.
When a person should no longer have delegated administrative
access, click the Del button to the left of
their name to delete them from your list of administrator delegates.
Click the Undelegate All button to remove
all delegates.
