Report Parameters
The transmission listing report outlines the T&A data sent
to NFC in the most recent build. The report can be generated
by specifying an individual employee, as well as an agency,
state, town code, unit code, timekeeper code, timekeeper
organization, the last status of the T&A, and the inclusive
start and end dates for that status. When specifying an
organization the report generated will include timekeepers
in the specified organization and all organizations below.
Click Continue to generate the report.
Click Return to return back to reports menu.
Report Page
This on-screen report displays summary T&A data for all users
with T&A records included in the most recent build of the
current pay period.
The report is displayed in pay period order, followed by unit,
timekeeper, employee, agency, state, town and organization.
Multiple values may be displayed for these columns, which
indicate that the T&A was split at the time of the build.
When you are finished reviewing the report, click
Return to return to reports menu.
