This function permits you to pre-schedule the day and time for
as many automatic transmission file 'builds' as desired or to
do a build-on-demand. When the build is run, transmission
records are created for all certified employees in the system
for the last pay period or before. Supervisors are prevented
from certifying or decertifying records while a build is in
progress.
The scheduled builds are all performed in the first week of
the new pay period and may be scheduled for Sunday through
Saturday and on the hour from midnight until 11:00 PM.
From the select lists select the day of the week and time you
want the builds to occur. To remove a scheduled build,
select the "No Selection" option for the day of the week select box.
When the scheduled builds are changed on this screen, they
remain at the new settings until they are changed again. You
must click the Save button to save changes
before they will take effect.
Click Return to return to the Build Maintenance
Menu without saving changes to the schedule.
Click Save to activate the scheduled builds.
