The build history is a list containing a record of all the builds
the system has performed, excluding those in which no records
were actually built.
If the build was submitted to NFC via FTP, then the NFC Job
column will contain the JES Job Number as returned by
NFC at the time of submission. If the job has been transmitted
multiple times, all Job Numbers are listed in this column, with
the most recent transmission listed first.
For each build, there are multiple options available: download the
transmission file, retransmit the file via FTP, or view a
summary of the records contained in the file.
By clicking the Summary button a screen with
certain data of all the records in the selected build will
be displayed.
To download the transmission file, click
Download link to the right of the record.
Your browser should display a dialog window prompting you to
download the file. Verify where you want the downloaded file
placed, and complete the download. If the download window does
not appear then right click on Download link
and select "Save ..As.." option to download and save the
transmission file.
If automatic FTP transmission is configured for this system,
you can have the build file retransmitted to the FTP server
by selecting the (Re)transmit button. This
button is available whether the selected build was originally
configured to transmit or not. Note that the FTP destination
is that currently configured in webTA is used - no history of
past FTP configurations is maintained.
The results of the FTP transmission can be checked in the usual
manner, by consulting the task list.
If there are too many records on the screen, a navigation bar will
appear below the last row which allows you to navigate between
pages of results.
When finished, click Return to return to the
previous menu.
