This allows an HR Admin at a top-level organization (ie, TSA and USCG) to download
a biweekly extract of time reported in webTA. Right now, this functionality
is only available to TSA and USCG.
To schedule a time (or multiple times) to generate the extract for the previous
pay period, click on the Schedule button.
To download the extract from the last pay period, click on the
Download button.
Click on Return to return to the HR Admin menu.
