Locator Info provides a means of maintaining contact
information for employees within the webTA system.
Use of this information is dictated by your
organization’s policy.
webTA does not require that this information be maintained,
but if your agency is configured to distribute webTA tasks
via email, the Email entry in this form is used by webTA
to deliver the task. If it is blank for a given employee,
the task will be delivered through the the webTA interface.
Note that this information is work information. Personal
information, home address and phone number, must be changed
through your personnel office.
The employee is also able to edit this data, and the
employee’s supervisor is able to view it.
Click Save to save the changes and return to
the main menu.
Click Cancel to return without saving.
