Report Parameters
The agency status report outlines the current state of webTA
for a given agency. A Timekeeper may only generate this
report for employees assigned or delegated to him or her. The timekeeper
may indicate a pay period range and whether or not to exclude delegates
(ie, to include only employees assigned directly to him or her for
this report).
Click Continue to generate the report.
Click Return to return back to reports menu.
Report Page
This on-screen report displays the state of all records for a
specified pay period range. It can be used to quickly identify
the timekeepers who are responsible for completing the T&A
reports.
The report is displayed in pay period order. Other information
included in the report is organization and contact point (Agency
, State, Town, Unit and Timekeeper). It displays how many
employees are under that timekeeper and then the number of
records for that timekeeper that are validated, certified and
built. Records that do not fall under these categories are
listed as pending.
