Use this function when an existing employee in webTA is
reassigned to you or your organization. This includes
transfers among agencies or within your office (such as
for reassigning timekeeping duties).
New employees to the department who are not already a part of
webTA must be entered using the New Employee function
from your Main Menu.
To move an employee to your list, enter their User ID
and click Take Over. If you don’t know
their
User ID you can look it up by clicking
Search.
When you reassign a person, an informational task is generated
for the employee’s old timekeeper and the system
administrator
to let them know that the employee has been reassigned.
Click Cancel to quit without reassigning an
employee.
